- THIS REQUEST Will BE POSTED TO GSA> Solicitation N00421-17-T-0033 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order on a Brand Name Sole Source with IBM, under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. IBM has proprietary rights to the software licenses and the only supplier of the updates. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote. Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-17-T-XXXX) on your quote. Please include your Cage Code..Estimated Delivery Date After Receipt of Order Please complete attachment: Section K This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide. ***Basis for Award*** The Government intends to award this on a brand name basis. All interested parties MUST submit a brand name quote no later than 5 P.M. EST November 16, 2016. Only brand name responses will be considered. Vendor must be an authorized ESI BPA holder for IBM Consolidated Products. POP: 12/1/2016-11/30/2017 Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quotation.
