- ATMP Changes Worksheet ATMP RFP Table of Contents ATMP RFP ATMP RFP Section J Attachments 53-59 ATMP RFP Section J Attachments 21-52 ATMP RFP Section J Attachments 1-20 UPDATE: 09 November 2016 On behalf of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Project Lead for Field Operations (PL Field Ops), the Army Contracting Command Orlando (ACC-ORL) requests proposals to conduct maintenance, sustainment, operations and support of Army Program-of-Record (POR) Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS), Live-Fire Ranges, and Instrumentation Systems (ISs) in order to execute the Army's Training Support System (TSS) through the Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP). This contract will have a one year base and six, one year options. Firm Fixed Price proposals will be submitted in response to this solicitation while all other contract types may be utilized for new work throughout performance of the ATMP. Questions related to the RFP must be received by 5:00 P.M. EST 23 November 2016 utilizing the Solicitation Clarification Form, Attachment 56 to Section J and submitted to the ATMP mailbox at usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.atmp@mail.mil. Questions received after this time will not be answered. Offerors shall submit proposals in response to this RFP by 1:00 P.M. EST 22 December 2016. ************************************************************ UPDATE: 26 October 2016 : The purpose of this announcement is to notify interested offerors that the ATMP final solicitation is projected to be released in early November. There are some significant changes to the solicitation, such as removal of Attachments 58 and 59, the ATMP Labor Rate Table and Labor Sample Task for Future Work, respectively. These elements of pricing will not be evaluated as part of the Total Evaluated Price. Additionally, Volume IV (Factor 3- Past Performance) has been removed and will no longer be part of evaluations, thereby resulting in removal of Attachments 60-62. Sections L&M will be updated to reflect these changes. Other not-so-significant changes will be made throughout the RFP to include many sections of the solicitation, the PWS's and their Appendices. The Government is diligently working to finalize the documents within the RFP and requests that all questions related to these changes be provided upon release of the final RFP. ************************************************************* UPDATE: 30 September 2016: The purpose of this announcement is to notify interested offerors of the new solicitation number for the Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) and provide responses to Questions submitted from the 27 September deadline. 1. The Solicitation number has changed from W900KK-16-R-0034 to W900KK-17-R-0034 due to the new Fiscal Year. The Government does not intend to provide another version of the draft solicitation prior to release of the final solicitation. For planning purposes, the final solicitation may be released as early as the 3rd or 4th week of October, but is currently projected to be released in early November. 2. The ATMP Draft RFP Q&A's have been updated to include responses to the latest questions (#81-93).
