- Solicitation The US Army Corps of Engineers-New England District, is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Generator Maintenance and Repair throughout the Naugatuck River Basin (most locations in CT). THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Standby Generator Services for each BPA call under this agreement. This procurement is set aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 811310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M.
