San Pedro Road; West: US Highway 101 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,094 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,599 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Reserved plus code required spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Occupancy must be located within contiguous space in a modern office building and must be located above the ground floor, a minimum of two (2) elevators must serve the Premises. Offered space must be efficient and not present significant design constraints, such as irregular shape of demised space, large columns, narrow core to building façade, column spacing less than 20' on center, etc. The occupancy will need to comply with Facility Security Standard Level 2 and other security requirements determined by the Social Security Administration.
