Notice Type: Posted Date: Firm Fixed Price November 10, 2016 Original Set Aside: Response Date: Open Market VOSB/SDVOSB November 16, 2016 @ 5:00 p.m. Classification Code: NAICS Code: J065 Medical Equipment Repair10 811219 Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Synopsis/Solicitation: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Preventative Maintenance services. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7; hereby provides notice of its intent to award a firm fixed price contract for an annual Preventative Maintenance service to be completed on a Hologic Mammography (Selenia Dimensions) located at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. This contract will have a possibility of four (4) option years after the base year expiration. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All qualified candidates must be verified in VIP in order to be eligible for award under this set-aside. This is a Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside to include Small Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. All interested parties shall submit clear and concise documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above along with their bid offer to Contracting Specialist, Cynthia Machuca at cynthia.machuca@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
