Description

OMEN Software Notice of Intent Sole Source Synopsis NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to Focused Support LLC. Focused Support LLC will be providing OMEN 2.1 License (1 EA), OMEN 2.1 License (1 EA), travel (2 EA), OMEN 24x7 Phone and Email Support (12 MO), On-site training and support (2 EA), travel (2 EA), OMEN 24x7 Phone and Email Support (12 MO) and On-site Training and Support (2 EA). This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.501. The anticipated award date is 23 Nov 2016. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 15 Nov 2016 at 12 PM Mountain Daylight Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 15 Nov 2016 at 12 PM Mountain Daylight Time.
