Responses to this Sources Sought must be in writing. The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research; to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of Small Businesses--including Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB)--interested and capable of performing the work. 2. Services are expected to begin January 1st, 2017, at the: Department of Veterans Affairs VA Loma Linda Healthcare System (VALLHS) 11201 Benton Street Loma Linda, CA 92357 3. The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Contracting Office 22, on behalf of the VALLHS is seeking a Contractor capable of providing: APPROXIMATE QUANTITIES OF HOURS Position Description NAICS HRS Chapel Pianist 711510 260 4. The NAICS for this requirement is 711510 Independent Artists, Writers, and Performers. 5. Interested and capable Contractors should respond to this notice not later than 12PM or Noon, November 25th, 2016. (g) All Offerors who provide services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov. Registration must include Representations and Certifications. (g) If respondent is VOSB or SDVOSB, respondent is encouraged to provide proof of VetBiz certification via http://www.va.gov/osdbu/ (h) A capability statement that addresses Contractor qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor specifically for the work described below to include NAICS Code and geographical coverage.
