Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee modification N00019-15-G-0003-4752 to Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS), Tucson, Arizona for sustainment of the Common Unique Planning Component (CUPC) Weapon Planning Environment (CWPE) and Global Positioning System Predictor (GPS PRD) software for use by the United States Navy (USN). Migration of CWPE and GPS PRD to the Windows 10 environment is required to support mission planning for the Direct Attack Weapons System (DAWS) DSU-38 integration with the AV-8B Mission Planning Environment (MPE). This notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals. However, responsible interested parties may submit a capability statement in which they identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received by 25 November. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this synopsis must be via email to the Contract Specialist. No telephone responses will be accepted.
