EXHIBIT 11 EXHIBIT 10 EXHIBIT 9 EXHIBIT 8 EXHIBIT 7 EXHIBIT 6 EXHIBIT 5 EXHIBIT 4 EXHIBIT 3 RETURN PACKET SOLICITATION PACKAGE The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement to Repair Vault Toilets at various locations on Springerville Ranger District. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotations format using Best Value-Tradeoffs. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 238990 applies to this procurement for which the Small Business size standard is $15.0 Million or less. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, potential vendors need to already be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov. The solicitation package and specifications will be available on this website on or before November 14, 2016. No site visit has planned. The solicitation contains photos of buildings needing repairs. Questions on the repairs may be directed in writing by email to Contracting Officer (wabbott@fs.fed.us) and COR (richardrpolanco@fs.fed.us). Offers or Responses to the solicitation may be sent by email to: wabbott@fs.fed.us The Closing Date for receipt of Offers or Responses shall be December 7, 2016, 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time (Arizona).
