The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure the item listed below for delivery to Hines CMOP to replenish stock. DESCRIPTION NDC QTY Unit Alcohol Prep pads 08290-0051-50 1200 CT The Product Code is 6505, Drugs & Biologicals; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 339112. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ, and Quote spreadsheet via email (preferred) to: josie.manderscheid@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 684-0155. Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0051 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about November 14, 2016, and will close on November 16, 2016 (10 AM CST) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. This will be posted as a SDVOSB set-aside. The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) October 2013 is applicable to this procurement. Do not bid on items you cannot supply by date needed. Delivery needed by November 23rd. VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK AND CAN PROVIDE ITEM QUOTED. All pharmaceuticals must have pedigree information sent to the CMOP.
