Description: This requirement is for one clean, approved, U.S. or foreign flag, double hull tanker with Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 285,000 bbls of at least two clean petroleum products (intentions JP5 and F76), in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Delivery: Mediterranean Sea Range Port In Chopt (Intentions Algeciras, Spain) and redelivery Pacific Ocean Range Port In Chopt (Intentions Yokosuka, Japan). 18. Laydays: Commence 10 December 2016 and cancel 12 December 2016. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. 19. Set-aside Status: N/A 20. The decision to release this solicitation on an "Unrestricted" basis is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas.
