- This is a sources sought notice to determine the availability of potential sources having the capabilities to provide Housekeeping Services for the Oklahoma City VA Medical Center (OKCVAMC) located in Oklahoma City, OK. All interested vendors are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought including commercial market information. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This is a sources sought synopsis only for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) as a search in VETBIZ has produced over 400 verified SDVOSB s. All responses should be submitted by email to Jared.Cariker@VA.gov. Provide only the requested information below. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications relative to NAICS 561210, Janitorial Services. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on the FBO website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. SPECIFIED REQUIREMENT: Network Contracting Office 19 is seeking sources for a potential contractor capable of providing housekeeping services. The contractor shall provide housekeeping services for the following locations (see below) to include furnishing all labor, supervision, management support, equipment, supplies and materials to provide cleaning of treatment areas, public areas, restrooms and bathrooms and administrative support areas. The total approximate square feet for each location are shown below. 1. Lawton Outpatient Clinic (Estimated Square Feet: 27,497) 4303 Pittman & Thomas, Building 4303 Ft Sill, Oklahoma 73503 2. Ardmore Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) (Estimated Square Feet: 2,280) 2002 12th Avenue N.W, Suite E Ardmore, Oklahoma 73401 3. Stillwater Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) (Estimated Square Feet: 3,861) 320 North Perkins Avenue Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074 4. Oklahoma Allergy and Asthma Clinic (Estimated Square Feet: 2,280) 750 NE 13th Street, 2nd floor Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73104 In regards to the above requirement, does your company possess the ability to provide housekeeping services to these medical/administrative facilities?
