RFP: VA786-17-R-0030 Project Location: SALISBURY NATIONAL CEMETERY, SALISBURY, NC Service: GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES DESCRIPTION: Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to provide complete mowing, trimming, edging, trash / debris removal & fall leaf cleanup services to the Salisbury National Cemetery (Annex) located at 501 Statesville Boulevard, Salisbury, NC. 28144. (Note the cemetery is located on the grounds next to VA Medical Center). Services include mowing cemetery turf, trimming upright headstones, trimming of fence lines, curb lines & trees, trash & debris removal on a weekly seven (7) day cycle and also fall leaf removal. SITE VISIT: Offerors are urged and expected to inspect all sites where services are to be performed to verify the work involved and satisfy them regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the sites constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. Visits to the site by bidders may be made only by appointment with the COR or authorized designee of the Salisbury National Cemetery.
