- Industry Teleconference Calls The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District requests industry participation in industry telephone conference calls with USACE, Portland District to discuss proposed West Coast hopper dredging work for 2017. A total of two (2) industry telephone conference calls will be conducted. The first call is scheduled for Thursday, 17 November 2016 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and will focus specifically on proposed hopper dredging work to be performed at Yaquina Bay, Oregon. Of special interest to the Government is the impact this work will have on the equipment used by the contractor and its availability. The second call is scheduled for Thursday, 15 December 2016 at 10:00 AM Pacific Standard Time and will cover all proposed hopper dredging work and locations to be included in the 2017 West Coast Hopper contract. Firms interested in participating in these industry telephone conference calls are requested to email the Contract Specialist, Mr. David Boone, at David.C.Boone@usace.army.mil and provide the names of the individuals who will be attending. Call-in information for the meetings will be provided via email at least one day prior to the scheduled call. The Contract Specialist may be contacted by phone at (503) 808-4614 to respond to questions. These Industry Calls are for market research and planning purposes and are not solicitations.
