Description

The Canandaigua VA Medical Center located at 400 Fort Hill Avenue, Canandaigua, New York has a requirement for a biannual combustion resets on three (3) Keeler Water Tube boilers and calibration of three (3) Invensys Foxboro IDP10-A22B01F-MI Analog steam flow transmitters. Combustion reset on all three (3) boilers shall include the recording of data on a burner data settings form (Combustion Report). Calibration on all three (3) boiler steam flow meters shall include Reset calibration, if needed. Calibration results shall be recorded on a data setting from (Calibration Report) All work shall be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified personnel, experienced and qualified to work on the specific equipment listed on the schedule, and only use new original equipment manufacturer parts during the preventative maintenance services. Additionally, all work shall be conducted in accordance to established OEM specifications, and local building codes and all applicable oversight and regulatory agencies in regards to proper functionality of the above mentioned items. The contractor shall only use new original equipment manufacturer parts during the preventative maintenance services. The NAICS Code is 811310. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $20,000.00 and $100,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Canandaigua VAMC. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
