- This is a market survey to locate sources that can manufacture and produce Installation Kits, P/O Single Channels Ground and Airborne Radio Systems (SINCGARS), NSN Nomenclature Part number QTY 5895-01-225-0510 MK-2325/VRC PPL-18225 257 5895-01-421-0812 MK-2715/VRC A3157645 185 5895-01-421-0814 MK-2400/VRC PPL-18352 607 5895-01-225-3332 MK-2326/VRC PPL-18226 150 5895-01-590-7962 MK-3150/VRC PPL-10705 100 This is a market survey to locate sources that can manufacture and produce the 5 Installation Kits listed above. The Installation kits are designed to install a specified radio configuration into a specified vehicle. A configuration includes not only a Receiver-Transmitter but also the mount(s), adapters, amplifiers, antennas, cables, etc., as needed. The SINCGARS radio is the workhorse of modern battlefield communications. UNICOR/FPI is a major supplier of SINCGARS radios, mounts, antennas, and installation and repair kits. When hard-mounted, our SINCGARS equipment meets rigorous military standards for shock and vibration in aircraft and tactical vehicles, such as Bradleys and Humvees. This would be a five years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract(s). Interested source shall provide estimated range prices for these 5 Installation kits for the first year. These range quantities breakout are: Range A: 1-100, Range B: 101-200, Range C: 201-300, Range D: 301-400, Range E: 401-500, Range F: 501-600, Range G: 601-700. In addition, please also furnish your company's technical capability of making all 5 Installation kits Detail Technical Data Package (TDP) are available for open competition procurements. Interested sources shall provide their estimated prices for the first year. In addition, please also furnish your company technical and financial capability of making this item.
