- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Department of Energy (DOE) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price award to a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, Nature America, Inc., 1 New York Plz Ste 4500, New York, NY, 10004-1562, as the only responsible source that can provide electronic access to Springer Digital Library. Nature America, Inc., is the sole publisher and provider of the electronic access to Nature and American Scientific Digital Library providing multisite access to the required journals. The incumbent contractor shall provide subscription renewal services to the DOE?s Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI). The proposed contract is 1/1/17 through 12/31/17. DOE intends to award this requirement as a sole source to the Nature America, Inc. Nature America, Inc., is the sole publisher for the journals that are required by OSTI.
