Description
Brand Name Justification SYNOPSIS FOR TROJAN® UV BALLAST AND UV LAMPS The Public Works Division (PWD), aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for the purchase of Trojan Pro-Driver Ballast Replacement Kits and Ultraviolet Pro-Lamps (24") for use with a 4400 TrojanUV System manufactured by Trojan Technologies. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR part 13. The proposed acquisition will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 33510, Electric Lamp Bulb and Part Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,250 employees. The Government will solicit and award this contract using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR part12 and 13. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable offer. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The solicitation No. M67001-17-Q-1004 will be posted on or about 5 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website www.sam.gov. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code). Contracts must be registered with Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) previously known as Wide Area Workflow Receiving and Acceptance (WAWF-RA) at www.wawf.eb.mil.
