Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO20, Veteran Affairs Portland Healthcare System in accordance with Far Part 8.405-6, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Toshiba America Medical Systems, Inc. for the following services: to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for the Toshiba Angiography System (VFI/SP/FD/R.000, INFINIX VFI-SP VASCULAR SYSTEM). The notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this service. Responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM PDT on November 18, 2016. All responses must be emailed to crystal.parris@va.gov.
