Description

This is sources sought announcement only. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses with special interest in seeking: Small Businesses (SB); VA certified Service Disabled Veteran owned Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) small business concerns. No solicitation is being issued at this time. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Your responses will be due by Monday, November 21, 2016, 4:00PM (EST) to the point of contact listed below. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, and the Durham Veteran Affair Medical Center located: 508 Fulton Street, Durham, North Carolina anticipates a Service requirement for Hologic equipment. System: Mobile Mammography System Coach Scope of work: Include generators, power conditioners/UPS s, HVAC components, electrical components, plumbing components, trailer safety devices, interior/exterior doors, ramps and lifts. Services to include all OEM-recommended PM services and remedial repair parts and PM kit parts delivered with priority/overnight shipping to any VISN 6 Facility or VA designated treatment location. Move the Mobile Mammo Coach to any designated location that the VISN 6 Personal request within 2 weeks from notification (there may be one emergency move due to natural disaster/event and must be move with-in 24 hours of notification) up 1000 miles per year from pick-up/delivery locations. The appropriate NAICS Code 811219 and the small business size standard are $19.0. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications in conjunction with FAR 4.11 required registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract.
