Description

Sole source repair of the Auxiliary Power Units (APU) and related components for the F-18 A-G, P-3, E2C2 Aircraft for the period of 1 September 2017 through 31 August 2019. Items will be contract under a Performance Based Logistics contract with Honeywell International (02LU7) located in Tempe, AZ. Attached are the items and projected quantities that will be contracted for under this sole source contract. Honeywell is the OEM and alone has the engineering expertise, capability and technical data, to perform the integrated package of PBL support required to perform this effort. The government does not have in its possession sufficient, accurate or legible data to purchase these parts from other than the current source. Items under this acquisition are subject to the Trade Agreements Act/ and or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
