Description

The U.S. Department of State intends to enter into negotiations with APICS on the basis of other than full and open competition for Supply Chain Management (SCM) Subject Matter Expertise (SME) services. The applicable authority is 41 USC 3304(a)(1), Services Available from Only One Responsible Source, as implemented by FAR 13.5. The Product or Service Code is R410. The procedures to be used in awarding the eventual contract will be by written solicitation. Government Furnished Information (GFI) in the form of acquisition-related documentation will be applicable to the eventual contract performance. The anticipated contract will have a one-year (1) period-of-performance. The anticipated contract type is a hybrid; Fixed-Price and Time and Materials. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The contracting office address if 1735 N.
