- Attachment 3 - Key Personnel Attachment 2 - Pricing Attachment 1 - Statement of Work solicitation document The International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs Office (INL) in Jerusalem has a requirement for advisory assistance to the Legislation and Advisory Bureau (LAB) of the Palestinian Authority. The U.S. Government (INL / Jerusalem) seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to provide legal analysis, written opinions, legal research and IT support. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative and direct operational personnel to accomplish all work as required in this contract. LAB consults with and supports various Palestinian ministries and provides guidance on drafting laws and ensuring that legislation/decrees are well written, accurate, and consistent with existing laws, including The Basic Law. A pre-proposal conference and / or site visit(s) will be scheduled, date, time and venue will be announced by amendment. The proposal package shall be submitted both electronically and by hard copy, see Sections L.3 and L.4 for detailed instructions. The closing date on a Sunday is intended (to allow maximum time for submission of the package). For bidding purposes, offerors shall use $50,000 each for CLINs 008, 1008 and 2008 in their price proposal. The electronic version of Attachment 2 - Pricing shall be submitted as Microsoft Excel file.
