- Wage Grade Skill Hourly Rate Transportation Data for Solicitation (DD Form 1653) Government Furnished Property List (Consolidate GFP Attachment Version 1.0) Quality Assurance Provisions (AFMC FORM 807) Packaging Requirements (AFMC 158) Contract Data Requirements Lists Revised Performance-Based Work Statement Amended Solicitation (AMENDED SOLICITATION) (THIS IS A REPOSTING OF THE SYNOPSIS & SOLICITATION FOR FA8539-16-Q-0010 WITH THE CORRECTED ATTACHMENTS) This is a notice of intent that Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) anticipates issuing a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contract, to include a 12 month Basic period and four (4) additional 12 month Option Periods for a depot level repair capability for the specified component in support of the AN/ARN-152 Microwave Landing System, as follows: NSN: 5826013317453RY P/N: 100-601538-010 Noun: Receiver, Radio Navigation BEQs: Basic: 4, Option Years 1 - 4: 4 per year Delivery Schedule: The required turnaround time for the end item shall not exceed 30 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or reparable assets, whichever is later. Duration of Contract: Any services to be furnished under the anticipated resultant contract shall be ordered by issuance of delivery or task orders. Such orders may be issued from date of contract award through five (years). Performance under the contract shall be through completion of all orders. Destination: The anticipated destination information is as follows: DODAAC: SW3119 DLA DISTRIBUTION WARNER ROBINS 455 BYRON STREET BLDG 376 ROBINS AFB GA, GA 31098-1887 Source(s): The intended source for this acquisition is CMC Electronics Inc., 600 DR FREDERIK PHILIPS BLVD SAINT LAURENT, QUEBEC H4M 2S9 (CAGE code: 90073), in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, due to the data needed to complete contract repair is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the repair for a competitive solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
