- Description
- The United States Government currently occupies warehouse space in Scottsdale, AZ containing 11, 586 RSF that will be expiring. The Government is seeking to lease 11,586 RSF of warehouse space for a term of 10 years (5 firm). The space must be available for occupancy by July 1, 2017 within the deleniated area of Scottsdale Municipal Airport. Other applicable requirements include: - Facility must be suitable for housing a Cessna 206 aircraft - Facility must have access to an airport runway - Facility must have access to control tower operations - Facility must have access to aircraft repari services - Facility must ensure limited air traffic congestion The Government will use the informaiton received from this adertisement to develop a cost-benefit analysis to determine wheter to compete the lease or pursue a sole source justification with the incumbant Lessor. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availablity of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements as well as the costs to be incurred through relocation. Costs associated with relocation include, but are not limited to, moving costs, replication of tenant improvements telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
