- W9126G-17-R-0021- Mail Room Services, FT. Worth, Dallas and DOE, Texas This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall provide the services of receiving, processing, distributing and dispatching official mail, correspondence, communications and parcels for all agencies participating in the CASU mail services. The types of materials to be handled include information of various types, such as letters, magazines, newspapers, books, boxes, maps, drawings and pouches to maximum weight of 70 pounds. The information handled includes materials of all types not quote mark mail quote mark per se. The contractor shall also be responsible for picking up official outgoing correspondence, packages, mail and communications; sorting, consolidating, packin, wrapping and metering official mail and delivering mail to the U.S. Post Offices (USPS) at the following three (3) locations: First floor of the Earle Cabell Federal Building, 1100 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas 75242, first floor of Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102 and the Department of Education (DOE) at 1999 Bryan St. Bryan Tower, Dallas, Texas 75201.
