- Special Notice regarding use of multiple NAICS codes Question and Answer Template Attachment 3 - Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) A001 Attachment 2 - Acronym Listing Attachment 1 - Cost Price Proposal Template Solicitation W911QY-17-R-0010 This special notice is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division (ACC-APG, NCD) site located at http://www3.natick.army.mil/Team/JE-RDAP-Solicitation.aspx While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, the NCD site is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the ACC-APG, NCD. U.S. Army ACC-APG, Natick Contracting Division, on behalf of The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) has a requirement for the Joint Enterprise-Research, Development, Acquisition, and Production/Procurement (JE-RDAP) contract, a multiple award, Enterprise-wide Omnibus Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that will provide the JPEO-CBD with mission-essential contracted support for the Research, Development, Acquisition and Production/Procurement (RDAP) of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High-Yield Explosives CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Installation Protection; Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems, and CBRNE Information Systems. The JPEO-CBD intends to utilize the JE-RDAP contract to execute RDAP activities, in order to provide the capability of CBRNE Defense Systems, Capabilities, Equipment, Supplies and Material; Radiological/Nuclear Defense Systems, and CBRNE Information Systems to the Warfighter. The RDAP activities to be performed under this contract are for research and development of CBRNE Defense systems, capabilities, equipment, supplies and material subject to the acquisition policies and guidance of the "Operation of the Defense Acquisition System" (DODI 5000.02) and production/procurement of these future developed CBRNE defense capabilities. The Government anticipates this solicitation will result in the award of multiple enterprise-wide omnibus JE-RDAP IDIQ contracts. Individual JE-RDAP task/delivery orders will be competed among and awarded to JE-RDAP IDIQ contract holders.
