Expression of Interest Sought THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request is for information only and does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The Department of Veteran Affairs Lexington, KY seeks to lease approximately 9,999 net usable square feet (NUSF) (or approximately 13,498 rentable square feet) of space and 60 on-site parking spaces for use as a Consolidated Coding office. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider existing space that complies with all current building, seismic, and ADA code requirements. A lease term up to 10 years will be considered. Delineated Area: Space must be located within the city limits of Ashland Kentucky, Huntington West Virginia or Ceredo West Virginia. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the Contracting Officer by 3:00pm Central Time, Friday, December 2, 2016 and must include the following information: Building name, address and location of available space Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property Amount of parking available on-site Contracting Officer: Hollie A.
