NAVAHCS STATEMENT OF WORK Window Speakers Purpose: The Kingman CBOC and PACT teams in building 117 are in need of a communication device that enables the MSA to speak and understand clear conversation with Veterans that are there for appointments. Current technology is making it difficult for the MSA to hear and understand the Veteran, and vice versa. Requirements: Window speaker requirements are as follows; Clear, 2-way hands-free voice communication Prism-shaped units are ideal for countertop mounting on both sides of the window Rugged, tamper-resistant materials Simple, one-person installation by NAVAHCS personnel No need to cut a hole in the barrier. Compact, contemporary design that fits any décor Mounted on opposite sides of the window, and can be positioned back to back, or in any other configuration Connection cables can either go through a small hole in the window or under the countertop Panel controls include: Listen volume, talk volume, power on/off, LED power indicator New equipment Only: No refurbished products. Items must be in original packaging, never used, and not altered in any way. All items must be covered manufacturer s warranty and procured through a manufacturer approved distribution channel. Sellers must be able to document their document ability to provide items through manufacturer approved distribution channels upon request. The Seller confirms to have sourced all products submitted in this Bid from manufacturer approved channels for Federal sales, in accordance with all applicable laws and manufacturers current applicable policies the time of purchase. Seller must be able to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with applicable manufacturer certification/specialization requirements.
