Description

VAMC FAYETTEVILLE, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for service to replace Caterpillar Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS). This requirement is intended for award to: Seabreeze Electric and Lighting Inc. under the authority 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 221122, Small business size standard: 1000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 business days of publication (on/before November 25, 2016). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
