Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice and not a request for quotes. The request is solely for the purpose of conducting market research to enhance the government s understanding of the market, products, services and capabilities. The Government will not pay any costs for responses submitted to the Sources Sought. The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a vendor to provide the following products and services listed below, brand name (Atricure) or equal. The products must be FDA approved and compatible with radiofrequency (RF) cardiac tissue ablation equipment in the operating room. The NAICS Code is 339112. Stock # CDP-4330-1, 3cm EPI-Senser guided 6130 device kit, quantity 6 kits The kit includes: (1 each) EPI-Sense 3 cm guided coagulation device (CDK-1413); (1 each) cannula with guide kit, 30 cm (CSK-6130); (1 each) RF coagulation cable kit (CSK-2000); (1 each) Valley Lab ground pad (017-M004-354-0). The kit is disposable and required for each convergent endoscopic epicardial ablation without cardiopulmonary bypass (no chest incision).
