Description
As built plans for door to be replaced Specifications Solicitation The scope of work for this contract involves the removal and disposal of the existing Central Control Station's Overhead Coiling Door at Lock & Dam No. 4, and replacement with a new Overhead Coiling Door. The existing Central Control Station's Overhead Coiling Door system shall be removed and disposed of in its entirety. Removals and disposals shall include but not limited to the coiling door, operator, motor, guides, and all other items associated with the removal of the existing door system. The contractor shall be responsible for all electrical removals / disconnections required to remove the existing door system. The contractor shall also remove the existing security device from the bottom of the door. The new Overhead Coiling Door shall be installed per attached Specification. The contractor shall perform all field measurements for sizing of the new door prior to fabrication. The contractor shall be responsible for all electrical materials and terminations required for installation of the new door system. The final finish for the hood & curtain shall match the existing color. The contractor shall also reinstall the existing security device on the bottom of the new door. Estimated price range of this requirement is below $25,000.00. This solicitation is set aside for Small Business.
