This amendment is issued to provide the following information: During the pre-solicitation phase of this project it was determined that the best procurement vehicle for this project is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). Instead this project will use FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding Procedures to both solicit and award the project. Therefore an RFP will not be issued to solicit this project. Instead an IFB will be issued for this project under IFB # VA247-17-B-0041. Interested vendors should respond to IFB # VA247-17-B-0041 if interested in bidding for this project. IFB # VA247-17-B-0041 will be posted on FBO.gov on November 22, 2016.
