Due to a documentation oversight, the original posting for the solicitation was cancelled. All terms and conditions from the original solicitation remain the same. If vendors requested explicit access at the previous FBO link, they will need to request that access again at this link. If vendors requested change notifications at the previous FBO link, they will need to request that access again at this link. All documents from the original posting will be re-loaded in the order of original upload to include the Pre-Solicitation Notice, Amendment 01 to the Pre-Solicitation Notice, the Solicitation, and Amendments 0001, 0002, 0003, and 0004 to the Solicitation.*** (Original Post Date: 19 July 2016) The Marine Corps System Command (MARCORSYSCOM, Product Manager for Infantry Combat Equipment (PdM ICE), requires a Berry Amendment compliant, ECH. The ECH consists of a ballistic shell with an edge trim, retention system, suspension system, Night Vision Device Mount, and a reversible cover.
