- This is a Market Survey to locate sources of supply for the ON-505 component, Circuit Card Assembly, NSN 5998-01-480-3175, P/N 06-2786595-100. The Government plans to issue a spot-buy for this item. Detailed technical data such as engineering drawings, specifications, and acceptance test procedures for manufacture and acceptance of this item is NOT available from the Army. The Technical Data Package for this item is proprietary to General Dynamics C4 Systems. Interested sources that are capable of furnishing this item must send a response describing in detail their ability in meeting the Government requirements. Response shall be submitted in writing through email to U.S. ARMY CECOM, ATTN: RDER-PRC-CM, Tony Lui at tony.c.lui.civ@mail.mil. The response MUST include documentation to demonstrate the interested sources' capability of supplying this item, and copy of purchasing order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, supply the item that will be form, fit and functionally interchangeable and interoperable with the existing ON-505 SMU. Successful supplier may be required to warrant that the item supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army and that will be delivered on time. Pertinent information received from this market survey will be evaluated by the Government technical personnel for the purpose of planning. The Government will not reimburse interested sources or responders to this notice for any information received and any costs incurred in responding, or for subsequent exchanges of information. Information submitted does not constitute a proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, but will be considered an exchange of capabilities and ideas. Deadline for receipt of proposals is close of business 05 Dec 2016.
