Description

The contractor shall deliver a quantity of two (2) MAK RTI (Run Time Infrastructure) Licenses and two (2) MAK License Dongles to NAWCTSD Orlando. The MAK RTI Software Licenses and License Dongles are required because this software is currently used in the existing Conning Officer Virtual Environment (COVE) trainers. MAK RTI is proprietary to MAK Technologies, Inc. and it is not available from any other source. (See attached brand name justification per FAR 5.102(a)(6) for further details).
