Description

This Janitorial Services project shall include all management, tools, equipment and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. This contract shall be a base plus four option periods. Location of Janitorial service is Hahns Peak Bear Ears Ranger District, 925 Weiss Drive, Steamboat Springs, Colorado, 80487 This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS set aside. The anticipated date for issuance of the solicitation will be the week of December 5, 2016. The proposal due date is January 13, 2017. The solicitation will be available for free download at www.fbo.gov. All questions pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted, in writing, to Star Yeo at starmyeo@fs.fed.us. no later than December 23, 2017 noon mountain. All Offerors shall be registered in System for Award Management ( www.sam.gov )in accordance to FAR 52.204-7 to be considered responsive to this solicitation. All Offerors must respond to all instructions in Section L of the solicitation to be considered responsive to this solicitation. Offerors to fail to meet these three criteria will not be considered in the Technical Evaluation of offers. This will be awarded LOWEST PRICE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE.
