Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Government intends to award a five (5) year, single award, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Canine Acquisition and Training. This procurement is being set-aside for Small Business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 112990. Mandatory Registrations: To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this solicitation, the apparent successful vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and registrations must be current. If your Representations and Certifications are not current, go to https://www.sam.gov/ to register and update your account. There will be no exceptions. Please see attached COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Word Document which outlines this requirement.
