- See Attached The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Corona Division, Seal Beach Detachment, Systems Engineering Branch, Code MF43 requires the acquisition of (5) quantity of each, Part# 4215, Morehouse Smart Meter Indicators via a sole-source, firm fixed priced contract to Morehouse Instrument Company, Inc. This procurement is commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries or request for information to graham.m.conlon@navy.mil or by phone at 951-393-5106. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY ONE SOURCE UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1 FOR THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, OR SUBMIT CAPABILITY STATEMENTS.
