- This is an amendment to solicitation number VA262-17-Q-0104 to address questions concerning the solicitation. The questions and answers can be found below with the answers highlighted in yellow. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Please feel free to contact me, Randy Corry, at Randy.Corry@va.gov if you have any questions. Is this requirement set aside for SDVOSB? Yes, this is a SDVOSB set-aside. Just to confirm, pricing is to include 100% maintenance and all trouble calls (100% warranty all parts and Labor) correct? Yes, that is correct. Can you advise who the current incumbent is? The previous contractor was Trane Co. Can the chiller service history and the trouble calls for service on the contract ending 2016 be provided? Unfortunately, no. Can we have a site visit? We would like take a look at the chillers if possible. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of this request and the availability of key personnel during the holidays, this isn t possible. Per the Solicitation The hospital environment of care requires 100% uptime of central utility plant. Contractor to have backup (rentals) available for chilled water, hot water, and electrical generation in the event of failure, is it the governments intent the temp chiller rental and electrical back be priced at the time of failure? Or should this also be worked into our price? This should be worked into your price. What is the deadline for submitting the bids - 4pm (page 1 of the Solicitation) or 2pm (page 16 of the Solicitation) The deadline is 2pm on November 28, 2016. Do we need to price the After hours for Emergency Repairs for all years (page 5 of the Solicitation) or just the standard PM (page 15 of the Solicitation) Yes, please price for all years. 4. What the voltage and HP of the TR200 VFD to stored onsite is required? 480 Volt AC
