Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Network Contracting Office 9 (NCO 9) on behalf of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Memphis VA Medical Center (VAMC) has identified a need to operate a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) for 2 separate CBOC facilities to be located in Dyersburg, TN and Savannah, TN within 10 miles from the local hospital to ensure access for enrolled Veterans in the event of an emergency. This will be a consolidated solicitation for these two CBOC facilities. The Memphis VAMC seeks to acquire these services from a contract provider. A contract was previously awarded to two contractors to provide these services and a contract CBOC has been continuously operated and is presently operated in the areas identified below. The period of performance noted in the solicitation shall be for a base period and shall include four one-year options. There will be one or two awards made from the solicitation, or the Government reserves the right to make no award from the solicitation. The solicitation will identify a time frame for submission of questions (approximately 2 weeks) and all interested parties are asked to comply with the time frames set forth in the solicitation documents for submission of questions. The solicitation shall set out specific requirements for submitting a proposal and all Offerors will be expected to fully comply with proposal submission requirements.
