Lessor's Annual Cost Statement, GSA Form 1217 Proposal to Lease Space, GSA Form 1364 The Government sources sought for new Clinical and support space in a class "A" building of modern design, and prefeered floor level of main public entrance but may be on a higher level of easily accessible as determined by the LCO. The space must yield a minimum of 6089 Sq. Ft. (ABOA), and a maximum of 6600 Sq. Ft. (ABOA), with a functional, efficient layout, while providing a safe and comfortable environment for patients and satff. The Government requres space to be available within the delineated area Rock-Spring and Twinbrook Clusters. The space nust be fully serviced to include but not limited to parking, operating and maintenance, pest control, electrical, gas, water/sewage, janitorial, security monitoring, waste disposal, etc. The lease term requirement is for 15 year firm. The space must be substantially completed by July 30, 2017. Delineated areas will be as follows: The Government request space in areas bounded as follows for Bethersda: 1. ROCKSPRING CLUSTER: NORTH: 1-270 Spur SOUTH: Democracy Blvd EAST: Old Georgetown Road. WEST: 1-270 Spur. 2. TWINBROOK CLUSTER: NORTH: Montrose Pkwy. SOUTH: Talbott Street. EAST: East Jefferson Street. WEST: Chapman Avenue. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Sources sought must be submitted in writing (electronic or paper) to the National Institutes of Health.
