Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 CMOP Contracting Office has a requirement to procure Recycled Office Paper for weekly delivery to Murfreesboro, TN CMOP to support production. The Product Code is 7510, Photo-Film, Paper, Plate & Chem. Manufacturing; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325992. All responsible Authorized ABILITY ONE open market sources may submit a quotation and samples, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ via email (preferred) to: Karen.Griffin4@va.gov. Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0037 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about November 28, and will close on November 29 2016 (5 PM CST) these dates are subject to change. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement referenced above. It is the offeror s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. This will be posted as a ABILITY ONE AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR request for quotes. The Mid South CMOP 764 located at 3209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN. 37127 in support of new automation prescription fulfillment system. The CMOP, will need for copy paper to print Patient Information Letters (PIL)S. Based on historic PIL information, it is estimated that the CMOP will utilize an estimated 7 ¼ (7.25) pallets of paper per week ( one 8 hour shift of 80,000 prescriptions). Mid-South would like to ensure use of the required 30% recycled office paper, 92 brightness, 20lb, letter, white, engineered specifically for use in high speed copiers and laser printers, acid free for archival quality, size 8.5x11, sheets per unit =5000 provided by a vendor. Usage of 7.25 pallets per week =290 cases/carton=2,900 reams=1,450,000 sheets to be delivered every week on a predetermined day agreed upon with the vendor. Usage may be less during ramp up to full production capacity. Weekly Delivery starting approximately week of 26 December 2016, and continuing for 10 Months. The Paper must meet the requirements in order process on the high speed printers used for prescription instructions.
