The previous contract was awarded by SPAWAR Atlantic to Science Applications International Corp. **** Synopsis posted II Marine Expeditionary Force Information Management Office (II MEF IMO) requires support services to execute the department's and MEF's Information Management/Command and Control (IM/C2) mission. These support services provide high demand, high impact technical services and application support where manpower/training plans do not presently leverage Marines to support. These services and applications include: Global Command & Control System - Joint (GCCS-J), Newsgroups, SharePoint Server and Farm administration, complex SharePoint development, Command Post Of the Future Mid-tier (CPOF) services, Common Tactical Picture engineering, Defense Collaboration Services (DCS), Combat Operations Center (COC) Software Engineering, System Software Programming, Business Process Analysis in Information Technology, Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) C2 Systems Analysis, Information Management Analysis; Technical Communication Services, C2 System Cyber Analysis, and IM/C2 Service Management. The period of performance will be for a period of 12 months from date of contract award. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR part 13.5. This proposed acquisition will be 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services with a size standard of $27.5 million in annual receipts. The Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Award will be issued on an all or none basis. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5. The Government intends to award to the quoter that provides the quote that is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Award will be made approximately twenty (20) business days after closing of response period. A complete performance work statement will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation M67001-17-Q-0007 will be posted on or about 10 days after this posting and made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. All responsible businesses may submit a quote, which will be considered. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at www.sam.gov. Contractors must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website. All prospective offers interested in submitting an offer must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE code).
