Description

This acquisition is being authorized under PR: 65253047 for 85 EA of NSN: 1430-01-125-0699 (Duplexer-Mixer). This item is AMC/AMSC coded as 3/C with one approved source listed as Continental Microwave and Tool (CAGE: 66544) P/N: 58090-560. A Classified Drawing is included in the restricted drawing package and a DD254 applies. This NSN is manufactured in accordance with Export Control, Configuration Control, Higher level Quality (ISO 9001:2008) and is a Critical Application Item. The acquisition will be solicited as Unrestricted using the procedures of Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1). The solicitation has a requirement for a Contractor First Article Testing (FAT). The Production CLIN 0001 will be solicited with Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin, FOB is at Origin. The FAT Clin 0002 with be solicited with Inspection at Origin/ Acceptance at Destination and will be highlighted in the "Remarks page" of the solicitation. The final Ship to stock locations, 85 EA at Tracy, CA. Standard military packing and marking are required. Delivery is requested as 572 Days ARO with FAT requirement and 231 days ARO if FAT waiver is granted. The estimated solicitation open date is 12/12/2016, with tentative closing date of 1/12/2017. The anticipated award date is 1/31/2017. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
