- This is a Sources Sought announcement and not a request for proposals. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District located in Seoul, Republic of Korea intends to determine capability of potential Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms. Responses to this sources sought announcement will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. The Government will not pay for any costs that A-E firms may incur in the preparation of this source sought information request. Interested A-E firms must submit their responses to the attached market research questions electronically in a Portable Document Format (PDF) to daniel.e.shin@usace.army.mil no later than 16 December 2016 09:00AM Republic of Korea Standard Time. The firm's responses shall not exceed 20 pages (8.5"x11") and not be smaller than 12-font size. Each side of a sheet of paper is a page.
