- Update: Please see the attached DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) and Statement of Work (SOW) for the CLASS Sustainment procurement. This is a draft solicitation only; no proposals are requested at this time. The purpose of these draft documents is to inform industry about CLASS requirements and receive feedback in advance of the final Request for Proposal. Interested offerors are encouraged to provide feedback, comment or submit questions regarding both draft documents. The Government intends to conduct a Full and Open competition for the CLASS Sustainment requirement. An updated schedule is included below: 12/8/16 Presolicitation Conference 2Q FY 17 Solicitation (projected) 4Q FY 17 Contract Award (projected) 1Q FY 18 Contract Start (projected) All interested parties are invited to attend a Presolicitation Conference in Asheville, NC on December 8, 2016. General and individual breakout sessions will be conducted. There is a limit of 3 parties per business allowed for in-person attendance of the breakout sessions, and 5 parties per business for the general session. Additional business participants may teleconference into the breakout session. The business must provide a bridge line that the Government may call into for the applicable session. Please submit this information at the time of sign up. The Government will provide a teleconference line for the general session on December 8, 2016. Please email barbara.cheney@noaa.gov during the following periods in order to schedule a breakout session for December 8. All questions for the Government must be submitted by close of business on Friday, December 2.
