Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to issue a solicitation to all existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holders for the ACQUISITION OF NON STANDARD AMMUNITION to procure the following: Line Item # --- Cartridge/Item --- Quantity Range 0001 --- 7.62 x 39mm Ball --- 720,000 - 880,000 0002 --- 7.62 x 54mm Ball --- 720,000 - 880,000 0003 --- 7.62 x 54mmR links --- 630,000 - 770,000 0004 --- 5.45 x 39mm Ball --- 55,000 - 70,000 0005 --- 7.62 x 39mm Ball --- 290,000 - 350,000 0006 --- 7.62 x 39mm Blank --- 600,000 - 775,000 0007 --- 7.62 x 54mm Ball --- 40,000 - 50,000 0008 --- 12.7 x 108mm API --- 38,000 - 46,000 0009 --- 12.7 x 108mm Ball --- 38,000 - 46,000 The required delivery date for all items is 6 Months after Contract Award, or 3 Months after Receipt of EUC, if required. Please note that only companies that have received previously established Basic Ordering Agreements (BOAs) awarded per responses received under applicable sources sought announcements will be issued a solicitation. If you believe you are capable of supplying the abovementioned Non-Standard Ammunition (NSA), please respond to the Government's open and continuous sources sought notice, W15QKN-16-X-02Q0 and follow the detailed instructions. Responses to the sources sought notice will be assessed to determine the contractor's capabilities, and if determined capable, the contractor will be awarded a BOA. The Government expects to award one Firm Fixed Price BOA Order to the Offeror that provides these items at the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In addition, the Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice.
