- Lodging Requirements This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912JD-17-T-0003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, effective 1 NOV 2016. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) under NAICS 721110 with a size standard of $32.5 million. Contract Lines Items 0001 Lodging rooms with breakfast meals (Qty 355 Rooms) (Contractor may propose alternate line structure as necessary) Details: Hotel(s) shall be for the period 17-22 JAN 2017 and no further than 15 minutes travel time form Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Aberdeen, MD. See Attached Lodging Requirements document for complete information. 63 Double Occupancy Rooms for the night of 17 JAN 2017 73 Double Occupancy Rooms for the nights of 18-21 JAN 2017 (22 JAN check out) *Final number of rooms may be adjusted upon at award of purchase order. Hotel(s) quoted must be on the fire safe list available from http://apps.usfa.fema.gov/hotel/. Instructions to offerors: The government anticipates multiple hotels will be required to provide all required rooms. The Government intends to award one (1) purchase order to the offeror whose responsive offer is technically acceptable and demonstrates compliance with the attached lodging requirements. Offeror shall be responsible for coordination of additional hotels and shall provide one consolidated invoice upon contract completion. At a minumum, offerors should submit pricing, a list of hotels and number of rooms to be utilized and included services (breakfast meals, parking, etc.). Attached is a list of provisions and clauses applicable to this procurement. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis considering price, technical acceptability, and past performance. Past performance will be evaluated acceptable/unacceptable based on government performance databases - submission of past performance or references is not necessary. Quotes are due 9 DEC 2017 at 4:00 PM Eastern time. Electronic submission of quotes is required. Submit quotes to the contact below.
