- Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Suva, Fiji, will launch the solicitation on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website https://www.fbo.gov/ and the Embassy website http://suva.usembassy.gov December 15th 2016. The contract will be a firm fixed priced contract with one base year and one option year. In adherence to requirements stipulated by U.S. Government Federal Law, FAR provision 52.204-7, vendors that enter into business with the US Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/
